Prices shown are for full months for one person. If you stay for only part of a month, your rent will be pro-rated for that month. If someone will be sharing your room, an extra $100.00/mo. charge applies. Upon signing your lease contract, you will be required to pay your first month's rent, plus the security deposit which is refundable on check-out, dependant on the condition of your room.
