Exterior
Each unit has an upper and a lower level. Each upper unit has its own balcony with sliding glass doors leading into the common area. Each lower unit has its own park bench under the front window.
Interior
Common Area
The spacious common area has plenty of room for multiple couches, large screen TV's, coffee tables, or anything else you and your roommates can think to put in there. The possibilities are endless!
Also in this space is the washer and dryer. Each unit has its own washer and dryer, shared only between your roommates and yourself — which is MUCH more convenient than sharing that same washer and dryer with your entire floor in the dorms.
Kitchen Area

Each kitchen includes its own full size upright refrigerator/freezer, full size gas oven, dish washer, two-sided kitchen sink and microwave. In addition, there are four pantries, one for each occupant, and plenty of cupboard space for dishes and shared food.
Bedroom
Your bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet with dresser, a desk, your own private bathroom with shower/bathtub and a large vanity area with sink. Your bedroom also is keyed to your key and your key alone. None of your roommates' keys will open the door to your bedroom.
